Quality Review Policy
Statement Engine is a planning tool, so quality work must be visible. This page explains how changes are reviewed before publication, what evidence is kept public, and what users still need to review themselves.
What we review
- Forecast calculation behavior for opening balances, projected journals, PL, BS, CF, and checks.
- Public route coverage for product pages, guide pages, trust pages, sitemap, robots, and llms.txt.
- Pricing boundary language for free web review and paid or reward-unlocked Excel output.
- Issue reporting fields, retention boundary, CORS boundary, and local-only feedback review page access.
Public evidence we keep
The public validation log records current release checks and known limits. The changelog records visible product, trust, and search updates. The methodology page explains the calculation flow in plain language. The release evidence page summarizes the check categories used before and after publication.
What review does not guarantee
These checks do not prove that a scenario is correct for accounting, tax, financing, audit, legal, or investment use. Users should review opening balances, signs, timing, account mapping, tax treatment, and exported Excel workbooks before external sharing.
