This page records notable public updates to Statement Engine. It is intentionally simple: users evaluating a financial planning tool should be able to see whether the site is maintained, what changed, and which validation checks are part of the release workflow.
2026-06-28: Niche industry search and quality policy update
- Added English and Japanese guides for dental/medical clinic cash flow, beauty salon cash flow, real estate rental cash flow, manufacturing inventory cash flow, and consulting/project accounts receivable cash flow.
- Added a public quality review policy covering review scope, public evidence, and user responsibility boundaries.
- Updated the guide index, site index, sitemap, robots comments, llms.txt, SEO keyword targets, and route coverage tests for the new URLs.
2026-06-28: Long-tail guide expansion
- Added English and Japanese guides for DCF assumptions, debt repayment, capex/depreciation, startup runway, inventory working capital, bank loan DSCR, VAT/consumption tax cash flow, SaaS deferred revenue, payroll withholding, subsidy cash flow, lease liability, acquisition goodwill/PPA, equity financing, deferred tax, asset retirement obligations, and bonds.
- Added separate FAQ, guide index, and journal template coverage pages to improve crawlable trust signals.
- Added beginner and adoption-intent guides for no-Excel financial forecasting, small business monthly cash flow forecasting, and forecasting for non-accountants.
- Updated sitemap, robots, llms.txt, and internal guide links so crawlers and AI answer engines can discover the pages.
- Expanded keyword coverage checks for practical finance search terms and question-style search intent.
2026-06-28: Trust and methodology pages
- Published a transparency page covering data handling, pricing boundary, validation workflow, and issue reporting.
- Published a methodology page covering opening BS, transaction rules, projected journals, linked statements, and checks.
- Published a security page covering account boundary, API processing scope, feedback limits, headers, and external scripts.
- Kept local-only feedback review separate from public static pages.
Verification checks used for releases
The release workflow includes static syntax checks, public route coverage tests, SEO keyword coverage checks, and targeted local HTTP checks for newly added public pages. These checks do not replace professional finance review, but they reduce avoidable publishing errors such as missing static routes, missing sitemap entries, or broken JavaScript syntax.
