Statement Engine is an MVP tool for generating three-statement forecasts and formula-linked Excel workbooks. It is provided for evaluation and workflow support, not as accounting, tax, investment, legal, or financing advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing all assumptions, mappings, formulas, outputs, and accounting treatment before using results for management decisions, bank submissions, investor materials, tax filings, or other formal purposes.

The web app is free to use during MVP validation. Formula-linked Excel export is positioned as a paid output: JPY 980 per export for Japan and US$10 per export internationally. A production checkout provider must be connected before collecting payment publicly.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass export controls, overload the server, or upload data that you do not have the right to process.

Statement Engineは、3表予測と関数式付きExcelワークブックを作成するためのMVPツールです。業務支援と検証を目的として提供されるものであり、会計、税務、投資、法務、融資に関する助言ではありません。

経営判断、金融機関提出、投資家提出、税務申告、その他正式な用途で利用する前に、前提、勘定科目マッピング、数式、出力結果、会計処理をユーザー自身または専門家が確認してください。

MVP検証中のWeb利用は無料です。関数式付きExcel出力は有料成果物として、国内は1回980円、海外は1回10米ドルを想定しています。公開課金を行う前に、本番用の決済事業者との接続が必要です。

出力制御の回避、サーバーへの過剰負荷、処理権限のないデータのアップロードなど、不正または不適切な利用は禁止します。
